Piano Service

 

I recently requested Robert Crawford to tune my 1912 Steinway Model O piano and also to resolve a few problems with its action.  Robert removed the keyboard to investigate the faults and he then showed me exactly what was wrong and clearly explained how the instrument required some attention to several problems with its action. Before taking the keyboard and action away to his workshop for regulation Robert provided me with an estimate of the likely amount of time and cost involved.  I was delighted when Robert returned the parts and refitted them ahead of schedule and also under-budget.  After re-tuning and some final adjustments I was absolutely delighted with the vast improvement in touch and sound of the piano.  I have no hesitation in recommending Robert as he is clearly passionate about his craft and he takes pride in delivering a good service to his clients.
